What's included in monthly marketing management?
Coordinated work across acquisition (search and social ads, retargeting, content), conversion (on-site tests), retention (email and SMS) and analytics, with regular strategy reviews. Exact scope depends on whether you choose Growth or Scale.
What's the difference between Growth and Scale?
Growth covers Google Search plus one social channel, 2 tests and 4 content pieces a month, email campaigns with 2 automations, and bi-weekly calls. Scale adds multi-network campaigns, weekly creative refreshes, 4 tests a month, deeper analytics and lifetime value analysis, a full email and SMS program, and a monthly audit with quarterly roadmaps.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Ad spend is billed to you directly by the platforms. We'll set a sensible starter budget with you. [CONFIRM minimum recommended budget.]
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes. Three months to start, then month-to-month.
How soon should we expect results?
Month 1 is about clean tracking and launching priorities; months 2 and 3 are about improving and focusing on what works. Some improvements show quickly, others need more data. We don't promise a specific return by a specific date.
Do we own our advertising accounts and creative?
Yes. Your ad accounts, data, creatives and dashboards stay yours.
Do you work with hunting, fishing and shooting sports brands?
Yes — that's our focus, along with optics, outdoor gear and apparel, outfitters and outdoor travel.
Can you manage advertising for firearms or ammunition businesses?
We can run your overall marketing strategy, email and SMS (within carrier rules), content and SEO. Meta and Google restrict or prohibit ads for firearms and ammunition, so we don't promise campaigns on those platforms — we plan around compliant channels and eligible products instead.
Can you work with our existing website?
Yes. We work on your current Shopify, BigCommerce or WordPress/WooCommerce site and improve it through testing. If a rebuild would serve you better, we'll say so.
What happens during the first 90 days?
Month 1: tracking, quick product-page wins and priority campaigns. Month 2: key automations, retargeting and first content. Month 3: scale what works, refresh creative and set the next 90-day roadmap.
